Owners, Michael & Sandra Lucas
are
residents of the
Palmerton Area. Head Chef, Michael
began his culinary
career in the United States Army and studied at the
New England Culinary Institute, Montpelier, Vermont.
He has worked in fine
restaurants in
Pennsylvania and
Virginia.
Sandra, in addition to
being an elementary
school teacher, has extensive customer service
experience in the front of the house.
Mike & Sandra are proud parents of two adorable
children,
who are their inspiration for their family friendly atmosphere.
